Blanton's Gold is the highest quality bottling from Blanton's. The Bourbon comes from the Buffalo Trace distillery and was inspired by Colonel Albert Blanton. The Colonel was an enthusiastic horse lover. Even today, each bottling is supplied with one of eight different equestrian figures.

Aroma: Fruchtige, süße Anklänge mit Nougat, Vanillepudding und Mokka. Mit röstigen Eichentönen im Hintergrund.
Geschmack: Voll, intensiv und famos würzig: Vanille und Karamell als Pudding, Kekse, Kuchen oder Bonbons.
Abgang: Lang. Sehr viel Eiche und Vanille zum Schluss.
Kommentar: "The Finest Bourbon in the World comes from a single Barrel" steht auf der Umverpackung drauf. Nie hat ein Satz so gut die Qualität dieses Produktes zu Ausdruck gebracht! Absolute Spitzenklasse dieser Bourbon! Zwar teuer und nicht immer verfückbar, aber dieses Geschmackerlebnis hinterlässt eindeutig seine Spuren!

Geschmack: Aromen von dunklem Honig, Gewürznelken, Zimt und reifen dunklen Früchten kommen gut zur Geltung, ölig und reichhaltig.
Abgang: Der Abgang ist lang und wärmend, mit einer anhaltenden Süße und einem schönen Spektrum an Gewürzen, gefolgt von einer angenehmen Eichennote.
Kommentar: Dieser Whisky ist hervorragend ausbalanciert, wobei die kräftigen Aromen und der Alkoholgehalt gut miteinander harmonieren.
Blanton's Gold ist ein exzellenter Bourbon, der durch seine Komplexität und Tiefe besticht.
