Product description
Botanicals typical of the coastal region are used for the Edinburgh Seaside Gin. In addition to juniper, the list of ingredients includes bladder wrack, spoonwort and ground ivy. Bladderwrack has a high residual sugar content and provides a pleasant sweetness in the nose and on the palate, along with the slightly spicy and maritime notes of spoonwort and grassy accents in the finish.
