The 1990 Glenburgie is part of Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice series. The bottlings of the new Connoisseurs Choice series clearly represent their new line: they are single cask bottlings or batches of a few casks and the series now also includes cask strength editions and special post-maturations. The labels contain detailed information about the special characteristics. This 31-year-old malt was matured in a first-fill sherry butt.
