For the 2022 bottling of the 30-year-old Glengoyne, again only a few special sherry casks were selected. During the 30 years of maturation, the whisky rests in the casks until the Malt Master finds them to be good and they are blended into an exceptionally dark and spicy Single Malt.

The Distillery: Glengoyne
The Glengoyne distillery is the most southern distillery of the Scottish Highlands. The Distillery was founded in 1833 by a local farmer called George Connell. It is an half an hour north west of Glasgow.
