Eamon Jones and Aidan Smith, also known as Fox Fitzgerald, present an authentic Scotch whisky with their own brand Mr Peat, where the name already reveals that this single malt is particularly appealing to lovers of smoky whiskies. The Scotch matured in bourbon casks and was bottled in natural colour at 53.7% vol. at cask strength, hence the friendly advice from the producers to keep a fire extinguisher handy to put out any peat fires... The aromatic profile is natural due to the absence of chill filtering.
