Taste The double ageing produces a first wave of tropical candied fruit leading to lush Bourbon vanilla notes, the richness of which is perfectly balanced by the fresh fruit and delicate tannins of the second wave.

The molasses is fermented for three days and distilled in twin columns and Pot Still stills. The Planteray Grande Reserva from Barbados then matures for 1-3 years in former bourbon barrels.
