Taste The double ageing produces a first wave of tropical candied fruit leading to lush Bourbon vanilla notes, the richness of which is perfectly balanced by the fresh fruit and delicate tannins of the second wave.

The molasses is fermented for three days and distilled on Twin Column and Pot Stills. Afterwards, the Plantation Grande Reserva from Barbados matures for 1-3 years in former bourbon barrels.
