The Rebel Bourbon was created in 1849 at the Stitzel-Weller distillery and marketed under the slogan 'An honest whiskey at an honest price'. The Bourbon has been registered as an official brand since 1936.
This bottling receives a special finish in Tawny Port wine casks, which accounts for its particularly fruity character.

Kommentar: süffig-süsse Nachreifung eines guten Straight Bourbon mit Portnoten. Sehr interessante Kombination, schöne Tawnyfärbung - Zartbitterschoko mit Preisselbeeren, bitter-sweet, Marzipannoten 6.1. köstlich, viel Schoko-Mandel+Marzipan
