Aroma Intense notes of shortbread and butter caramel, some vanilla and fruity, fully ripe pear with roasted, malty hints.
Taste Surprisingly fruity and very full-bodied. Pear, vanilla and toffee combine with balanced wood spice.
Finish Long and fruity with depth in the facets of aroma and Taste.
Maturation Beer barrels, ex-Williams distillate barrels

Product description
After four years in small beer barrels, Säntis Snow White No. 11 was given a two-year finish in barrels in which Williams pear distillate was previously stored. Since 2013, a winter edition of the Swiss Single Malt Säntis has been released every year at the cooler time of year. Each year with a different fruit brandy finish.

Geschmack: Fruchtig, leichte Birne und Vanille, ordentliche Würze

Abgang: Fruchtig und lang

Kommentar: Wieder ein guter Snowwhite wobei der typische Brauereicharakter etwas fehlt.

Aroma: Intensive Noten von Mürbteiggebäck und Butterkaramell, etwas Vanille und fruchtige, vollreife Birne mit gerösteten, malzigen Anklängen.

Geschmack: Überraschend fruchtig und sehr vollmundig. Birne, Vanille und Toffee verbinden sich mit ausbalancierter Holzwürze.

Abgang: Lang und fruchtig mit Tiefe in den Facetten aus Aroma und Geschmack.
