The Säntis Sigel belongs to the core range of the Locher distillery. The Sigel gets its special aroma from being stored in oak beer barrels that are over 130 years old.
Karl Locher began producing the Säntis Malt in 1999, using spring water from the Alpstein, as he still does today.
