Saigon Baigur is the first premium Dry Gin distilled in Ho Chi Minh City. For the gin, 12 local botanicals are combined with four classic gin ingredients. The Vietnamese version of the classic Dry Gin combines fresh flavours with a strong character taste profile from regional ingredients. Botanicals in this gin include: Juniper, a lime fruit called Buddah's Hand, lotus flowers, Saigon cinnamon, coriander seeds, angelica root, black cardamom, liquorice, Phu Quoc peppercorns, green cardamom pods, dragon fruit, star anise, lemongrass, Birds Eye chilli fruit, lemon peel and fennel seeds.
