The Slyrs Bavarian Cream liqueur stands out with its dark colour. It owes its caramel colour to Swiss chocolate and a dash of Bavarian cream. But the crowning glory is of course the Slyrs whisky used in the cream liqueur.

Once opened, the bottle will keep for up to 6 months, please store in a cool place.

The Distillery: Slyrs
Located at the Schliersee lake, Slyrs Distillery ranks among the best-known whisky distilleries in Germany. Its name is derived from the old name of the region. The first Whisky was already distilled on the stills of the traditional Lantenhammer distillery in 1999, but in 2007 Slyrs Whisky found its home in the newly erected Slyrs Distillery in Neuhaus.

Aroma:
Geschmack: Cremig,sahnig und süße Schockolade.
Abgang: lang und schockoladig
Kommentar: Durchaus guter Likör, kommt aber nach meinem Geschmack nicht an den "Cool Swan" ran, wobei ich allerdings auch generell mehr der Fan von weißer Schockolade bin. Auch vom Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat mich der Cool Swan etwas mehr überzeugt.
Trotzdem ist der Slyrs Bavarian Cream durchaus ein sehr guter Likör. Werde sowohl den Slyrs als auch den Cool Swan wieder holen.

Geschmack: Sahniges Mundgefühl, am Ende kommt feine Pralinenschokolade auf ...

Weder wirklich schokoladig, noch richtig Karamell ... Viel zu teuer!!!
