Aroma Tropical rum notes of sweet molasses, plus hints of ripe pineapple, grapes and peaches. A fine oak spiciness follows.
Taste Facets of juicy peaches, sweet grapes and creamy vanilla combine with accents of ripe pineapple chunks before notes of spicy oak, grape seeds and a pinch of pepper follow.
Finish Long with hints of creamy-sweet fruit compote, red grapes and subtly dry notes of grape seeds as well as gently warming oak.
Maturation Ex-Moscatel de Setúbal dessert wine barrels, ex-Jamaica rum barrels, fresh American oak barrels

Product description
For the St. Kilian Signature Edition 'Twelve', a four-year-old Single Malt, which was mostly matured in former Moscatel de Setúbal dessert wine casks of 225 litres, was married with whisky from former Jamaican rum and fresh American oak casks. The limited final result is pleasantly sweet with tropical fruit notes, hints of vanilla and a touch of rum.
