The Starward Stout Cask celebrates the passion for whisky and beer with this special bottling. The Single Malt was first matured in local red wine casks, as is customary at the Australian distillery. It then received an 18-month finish in ex-Bourbon stout beer casks from the Brick Lane Brewery in Melbourne.

The Australian Starward distillery, based in Melbourne, has been producing Whisky since 2015. The founder, David Vitale, has Italian ancestors, but was raised in Melbourne. He cares a lot about his roots, which is why Starward Whisky matures exclusively in red wine casks.
