The Bruichladdich Distillery on Islay stands for transparency and sustainable craftsmanship. The 21-year-old Bruichladdich Re/Define Twenty One combines barley from the Scottish mainland and Islay according to the "farm to bottle" principle. Matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Sauternes and port wine casks, this complex Single Malt at 50% vol. impresses with the highest quality - packaged in a recyclable bottle with the innovative "Bruichladdich Wrap". Since the revival of the Victorian distillery in 2001, Bruichladdich has pursued the ambition of creating exceptional spirits and has developed over two decades of cask expertise. The result is a multi-layered whisky with notes of red fruits and toffee that captures the soul of Islay in every drop.

Kommentar: Eine sehr gute Abfüllung, maritim und frisch mit Citrus. Vollmundig im Geschmack mit Früchten und Süße, cremig und weich trotz 50% Zartbitter-Eiche.
Ein sehr guter Schluck zum genießen, ich konnte ewig daran riechen.
