The Monymusk Rest & Be Thankful Pure Single Jamaican Rum is made from molasses and distilled on a double retort pot style. With an ester content of 62.1 gr/hlpa and due to the maturation in the tropical as well as continental climate of Jamaica, after the 23 years and an Angels' Share of over 59%, an authentic and sugar cane-infused Jamaican rum remains in the oak barrels, which is bottled naturally and at cask strength.
