The Angostura Dark Rum is composed of various light and intense rums that were aged for seven to ten years in bourbon barrels and then blended. To harmonise it, it was then stored again until it was bottled. Known for its cocktail bitters, Angostura is now also a leading rum producer in the Caribbean.
