Product description
At Bimber, almost the entire production, from grain cultivation to bottling, takes place on the premises of the English distillery itself. Only the malting of the barley is outsourced to a malt house that has reserved an entire malting floor exclusively for Bimber. This small batch release was matured exclusively in first-fill ex-bourbon casks made of American oak. The casks are among the oldest in the distillery's inventory.

Geschmack: Ausbalanciert mit tiefen Noten von hellen Früchten, Karamell und Vanille, dazu subtile Akzente von Gewürzen.
