Loch Lomond is located in the Scottish town of Alexandria, directly on the lake of the same name. Hardly any other distillery in Scotland deserves the title 'unique' as much as Loch Lomond. The distillery has not only pot stills, but also Coffey and Column stills. This allows the production of many different types of Whisky.

Kommentar: In der Nase Nüsse und Frucht, Getreide und Gewürze. Setzt sich fort im Mund mit Caramel und Honig, dann wieder Gewürze mit Zimt und Nüssen.
Der Abgang schön weich, die Eiche sehr dezent von der Bitterkeit her, aber wieder Gewürze und süße Malzigkeit. In der Nase wie auch im Abgang ganz dezenter Rauch.
Ein guter 21 jähriger zum genießen.
