This Dailuaine belongs to Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered range, in which the whiskies were not chill-filtered. So that they do not become cloudy, they were bottled at 46% vol. This makes the Single Malts particularly intense in the Taste. The 13-year-old Single Malt Whisky was blended from four hogsheads. In addition to the 46% vol., the label on the bottle bears interesting information about distillation, bottling, age and the casks used.
