The Jura Islanders Expressions series was created to introduce new connoisseurs to Jura, especially beginners who have had little experience with Single Malt. It also pays tribute to artists and craftspeople who hail from Jura Island. The first edition was therefore dedicated to the artist Amy Dunnachie, who creates small works of art on Barbados from materials found on the beach. The packaging and the label reflect the art style of Amy Dunnachie. The whisky was matured in former bourbon casks and former rum casks from Babados.

Aroma: Reichhaltige tropische Früchte, Zitrusfrüchte, Kokosnuss, Vanille und Nektarine
Geschmack: Voll mit süßen Noten von gegrillten Pfirsichen, Bananen, Maracuja, Papaya und Mango und warmen Gewürzen.
Abgang: Reichhaltig und cremig.

Kommentar: Lange auf dem Zettel gehabt, war dann aber leider doch recht enttäuschend. Stellenweise wirkt er ein wenig metallisch. Rumnoten vorhanden aber auch nur hauchzart.
