Normindia Gin comes from the house of Ferrand and is produced on Copper Pot Still, in which the distillery's Calvados is otherwise distilled. There are 15 botanicals in this gin, which are macerated before distillation. The ingredients include juniper, apples, oranges, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, ginger and lilies. For the Barrel Aged Gin, it was refined for six months in a series of former Calvados barrels, consisting of bourbon barrels that previously contained a blend of 4-8 year old Coquerel Calvados, French oak barrels that previously contained freshly distilled Calvados and new French oak barrels.
