This Port Dundas Single Grain was released by the independent bottler Signatory Vintage. The Port Dundas Grain distillery has been closed since 2010. The two Second Fill Oloroso Sherry Butts, already filled in 2008, were individually selected by Signatory and bottled neither coloured nor chill-filtered with slightly increased drinking strength.
