This Redbreast Single Pot Still Whiskey is the oldest bottling of the brand. The whisky contained was made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled and matured in ex-Bourbon and first fill sherry casks.

Aroma: Tropical Fruit Barley Nuts Sherry Oak Caramel Vanilla Die tropischen Früchte gehen fast etwas in Richtung Klebstoff (aber nicht störend - keine Schärfe).

Geschmack: Tropical Fruit Spices Sherry Oil Vanilla sehr weich im Mund

Abgang: langanhaltend Oak Spices

Kommentar: Ganz großes Kino, übertrifft sogar den Bushmills Madeira Finish 21 Jahre. Die Präsentation in der Holzbox ist auch sehr edel.
