Product description
The term Kavalan goes back to the indigenous people of Taiwan's Yilan province. The distillery was founded in 2006 and is based near the capital Taipei.
Kavalan's entry-level malt was matured in six different types of casks. The design of the bottles is meant to remind of the skyscraper Taipei 101 in the capital of Taiwan. Until 2007, it was the tallest building in the world.

Taste: mild, süß, Sweet

Finish: Tropical Fruit Coconut

Comment: ziehe ihn vielen anderen Einsteigerwhiskeys in der Klasse vor. Bin positiv überrascht, werde dann bald mal die Solist Abfüllungen probieren. 4,5 Sterne von mir.
