Aroma Intense medicinal smoke of campfire and peat embers. Notes of seaweed, vanilla and caramel follow.
Taste Oily and soft with a delicate sweetness and strong smoke. Slightly bitter oak spice follows as well as vanilla and caramel.
Finish Medium length and smoky as well as persistently spicy.

At our Whisky.de Live Event, you will taste our three specially composed Blended Malts Highland Cattle, Whisky.de Malt by Horst Lüning and Einhorn with Ben and Horst Lüning. We actively designed the flavours of the Blended Malt Scotch Whiskies in a creative process. Highland Cattle matures predominantly in former sherry casks, Horst Lüning's Whisky.de Malt was blended from Bourbon and sherry casks exactly according to his ideas, while Einhorn is the mystical, smoky counterpart.
