Ardbeg Corryvreckan was named after Europe's largest ocean whirlpool. It is located near the Hebridean islands of Islay and Jura on the west coast of Scotland. Not chill-filtered and at 57.1% vol, Corryvreckan is the epitome of Islay's untamed character.

Aroma: Ardbeg Duft durch und durch! Rauch, Teer, Süße, Kräuter Peat Smoke Sweet Herbs Wasser bringt zusätzliche Süsse, quasi kein Alkohol in der Nase

Geschmack: Rauch, dezente Süße, nicht so vielschichtig wie das Aroma, angenehm ohne Alkoholdruck Peat Smoke Malt Sweet

Abgang: trocken und etwas Espressobitterkeit, aber angenehm speichelanregend Peat Smoke Herb Coffee auch wenig Komplexität

Kommentar: Ardbeg geradeaus, besser als Ten aber weniger vielschichtig und komplex als Uigedal, der macht mehr Spass
