Aroma: Bourbon vanilla and coconut with hints of spicy citrus.
Taste: Refreshingly smooth with vanilla, coconut and white peaches.
Finish: Fresh with sweet grapefruit and a hint of spice.
Cask type: First fill bourbon casks.
12 years
Aroma: Crème brûlée, carried by soft citrus fruits that caress the nose.
Taste: Sweet with hints of tangerine and citrus.
Finish: Slightly dry with a hint of nuttiness.
Cask type: Oloroso and bourbon casks.
Three Wood
Aroma: Dark fruits, brown sugar, oranges and sultanas.
Taste: Fruits and sweet syrup combined with hazelnuts and cinnamon.
Finish: Fresh, fruity and long.
Cask type: Ex-Bourbon and finish in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
