The George Dickel Classic Recipe is a sour mash whisky for which a mashbill of 84% corn, 8% rye and 8% malted barley is used. The Tennessee whisky is bottled as a small batch at 40% (80 proof). This bottle used to be called George Dickel No 8.

George Dickel Distillery is situated at Cascade Hollow/Tullahoma in Tennessee. It doesn't produce Bourbon, as the distillery proudly declares on its homepage, but Tennessee Whiskey.
