Texas Legation was distilled at the Ironroot Republic Distillery in Texas. The distillery attaches great importance to locally grown grain without genetic engineering. The whiskeys are distilled twice in a Pot Still, which is based on the classic Scottish model. Dou McIvor from the independent bottler Berry Bros & Rudd blended Batch 2 of the limited Bourbon Whiskey.

Für mich persönlich der schlechteste Bourbon den ich je in meinem Glas hatte.
Ich mag sowohl die weichen süßliche wie auch welche die kräftig gereift sind. Aber was das sein soll weiß ich nicht.
Der Geschmack geht so und man ist froh sobald er runtergeschluckt ist. Dann merkt man aber das der Abgang das schlimmste an den Zeug ist.
Ich tippe auf Restbestände von Desinfektionsmittel auf Alkoholbasis aus der Pandemie welche in Eichenfässern gelagert wurden.
