Jack Daniel's No. 27 Gold is a special variation of the classic Old N°7. The bottling first matured as usual in white oak barrels and was charcoal-filtered through sugar maple. It was then matured in maple barrels and filtered again before the whiskey was bottled.
The whiskey is limited and is only available in selected markets.
