The Yellowstone brand was launched as early as 1872. The whiskey is named after the American national park called Yellowstone, which the Limestone Branch distillery is committed to preserving. In the 1960s, Yellowstone Select Bourbon was one of the best-selling bourbons in the USA. The distillery wants to build on this success. For the Family Recipe bottling, the distillery uses an old recipe that was found in an old suitcase and has always been in the possession of the Beam family.
