Aroma Cocoa, dark fruits, ginger and a little cinnamon. A fine hint of sherry lies over everything.
Taste A wonderful balance of mild sweetness and strong spices. Coffee and cinnamon can be found in the background.
Finish Medium length with citrus and a hint of mint.
Region Highlands
Maturation Maturation in fresh white oak barrels and post-maturation in oloroso sherry and other strong wine barrels.

Regional barley was used for Glenmorangie Signet. The barley malt was strongly roasted, thus creating the so-called 'high roasted chocolate malt'. The bottling contains very rare malts, partly the oldest casks of the distillery were used.
