Product description
For this Springbank, the malt is kilned for 6 hours over a peat fire and 24 hours over hot air. The whisky is then distilled two and a half times. For this, double and triple distilled raw whisky is mixed together.

Aroma: Süßes Malz und ein ganzer Fruchtkorb Zitrusfrüchte. Bei keinem anderen leicht rauchigen Malt ist der Rauch so schön eingebettet. Ein Hauch Vanille. Malt Sweet Zitrus Fruit Peat Smoke Oak Vanilla

Geschmack: Weichste süße Malzigkeit mit feinsten Zitrusfrüchten, Blutorange dominiert, feiner Rauch.Sweet Malt Orange Peat Smoke

Abgang: Erstaunlich lang und trocken, leicht salzige Mineralität, wunderbar leichter Rauch.Peat Smoke Salt

Kommentar: Ja, der Preis ist Jenseits von Gut und Böse. Trotzdem, einer der besten 10Jahre alten Standard-Malts. Mehr als angenehm und perfekt ausgeglichen.
