Product description
The Franconian St. Kilian distillery was built according to the Scottish model and has been in operation since 2016. It is distilled on 6,000 litre copper stills from the Scottish company Forsyths in Rothes. The local malt is ground in the in-house mill and then mashed. For this exclusive bottling, non-smoky malt was used. The distillate was then matured in a single cask, which was previously saturated with sweet wine.

Aroma: man riecht nicht allzu viel hauptsächlich etwas süße und Früchte die man nicht ganz so genau deuten kann
Bei Wasserzugabe verändert sich der Geruch nicht wirklich er wird etwas fruchtiger aber das war's auch schon

Geschmack: Beim ersten Schluck kommt sofort die süße einem entgegen und eine spirtzige Zitrone welche wirklich stark zitronig ist
Beim nächsten tritt die Zitrone langsam in den Hintergrund und ein leichter Eichengeschmack kommt einem noch so entgegen

Abgang: sehr Cremig leicht eichig und noch Anklänge von der Zitrone

Kommentar: an sich für die Preisklasse Gut mehr aber halt auch nicht
