The Glenfarclas Family Casks series contains single cask bottlings of various vintages since the early 1950s. For each vintage, only a single cask was selected, which is one of the best of its year. In order to be able to continue to offer the full series, there have already been several releases.
These vintage whiskies are ideal as gifts!

The Glenfarclas distillery was founded in 1836 by Robert Hay and is one of the best-known and most successful family-run distilleries in Scotland. The owner family Grant is proud of its private status, which is reflected in the distillery's slogan ‘The Spirit of Independence’. Since 1865, the fifth generation of the Grant family has been shaping the history of the Glenfarclas distillery. This long family tradition guarantees consistent quality and the necessary foresight for a long-lasting product such as Whisky. Aroma: Sherry, Eiche und ohne Wasser- Alkohol, mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser verschwindet der Alkohol und dann kommen schwere dunkle Früchte und eine schöne Süße

Geschmack: Sherry, dunkle Früchte, würzige Süße belegt den Mund, enormer Speichelfluss, toll!

Abgang: Sherry, Süße und Würze- Eiche, sehr lang.....

Kommentar: Ein toller komplexer Whisky der noch öfter verkostet werden muss, bin noch beim ersten Dram und finde immer neues, so macht das Spaß!
