Product description
Mac-Talla is Gaelic for echo. The Islay Single Malt Whiskies under the brand are produced by the well-known Morrison whisky family. The bottling Strata (Gaelic for the igneous rocks on the coast of Islay) matured for 15 long years in Bourbon and sherry casks for a particularly complex character. In 2017, Morrison Distillers in Aberargie, Perthshire, began distilling its own Single Malt. The distillery is appropriately named Aberargie Distillery and is located on our family's 121-hectare farm just outside Perth. So far, there has only been one bottle sold at auction, and we are still looking forward to more of our own Single Malt bottlings.
