Bowmore Darkest 15 year old
Aroma: The flavour of sultanas and dark chocolate flatters the classic smokiness.
Flavour: Wonderful cedar wood and strong caramel syrup.
Finish: Long and warming with a clear, pleasant sherry flavour.
Cask type: Ex-bourbon and 3-year finish in Oloroso sherry casks.

Aroma: Creamy caramel flavour with fruit and peat smoke.
Flavour: Very complex, fruit and chocolate rounded off with a light smokiness.
Finish: Long lasting and rounded.

Alle drei gut. Der 12-Jährige für den Preis ein guter Einsteiger Whisky, klare Richtung. Der 15-Jährige komplexer, aber klar strukturiert. Weiß was er ist und was nicht. Der 18-Jährige ist weich und komplex, richtig tiefgehend. Leider aber auch außerhalb meiner Preisrange.
